MyWellness Fitness Programmes


These are 6 week programmes tailored to you based on your answers in our fitness programme questionnaire as well as a 15-minute consultation with one of our expert personal instructors.

Each member is entitled to 3 programmes, including a stretching programme.
Programmes range for fat loss and cardio increase to muscle gain and core builder.

Programmes consist of:


  • Fitness test completed on a treadmill or bike prior the start of the programme
  • Food diary advice - track your food for a week and get dietary advice from your instructor
  • Refresher sessions with an instructor
  • A catch up at the end of the 6 weeks
